• Data Management: Use our CRM software to log interactions, update client records, and track your progress.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other team members to improve processes, share insights, and celebrate each other's successes.

Requirements

• Sales Experience: Previous experience in any sales-related field (e.g., retail, car sales, insurance, customer service, or phone sales) is preferred.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including CRM software, data entry, and email communication.
• Excellent Communication: Strong conversational English skills, with bilingual abilities as a bonus.
• Empathy & Patience: Ability to connect with clients, showing understanding and a positive attitude.
• Flexible Schedule: Willing to work weekends and adapt as needed to meet client needs.
• Reliable Equipment: A laptop/computer with a stable internet connection to ensure consistent remote work performance.
